Returns and exchanges

• You have 14 days from delivery to ask for a return or an exchange.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition we sent them.
• Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We’ll tell you how to send it back.
• We refund the original payment method once we’ve checked the item. For cash on delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer.
• Return delivery is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or wrong.

Faulty or wrong item

If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, tell us as soon as you notice. We’ll replace it or refund you, and cover the delivery.

Pre-order policy

Hoodies are on pre-order. That means they are not in stock yet, and you get a lower price for ordering early.

• Pay now. You pay the pre-order price at checkout. It applies to pre-orders only, and the regular price applies once hoodies are in stock.
• No ship date yet. We ship as soon as the hoodies arrive. We’ll message you with a delivery date as soon as we have one.
• Delivery. Once we dispatch your hoodie, it arrives within 3 days.
• Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. Message us on WhatsApp.
• Orders with tees and hoodies are sent in separate deliveries, so your tees aren’t held up. Delivery is free if your order is above AED 200.
• Size changes are free before dispatch. Message us.
• Returns on delivered pre-order hoodies follow the return rules above.
